How does the advent calendar work?
There is one door for each day. Each door holds a small NeeDoh toy.
Are these genuine NeeDoh?
Yes. We buy authorized stock only.
What age are they for?
Most are for ages 3 and up. Each product page lists the age.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. During busy periods there can be delays, so please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 12 business days.
Will I get tracking?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Is it food?
No. It is not food and must not be eaten.
Can I return it?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. We do not accept change of mind returns. Read the refund policy.
