These terms govern your use of skwishyhouse.shop and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Our products are toys intended for children aged 3 and up. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. No contract exists until we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, including where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use of a payment method. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country. You are responsible for any such charges.
We take payment at the time you place your order. Prices, promotions and bundle offers can change at any time without notice. A change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.
We try to keep pricing accurate. If we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may appear differently on your screen. Where a product contains an assortment or a surprise element, the specific items you receive may vary and are not chosen by you.
We sell authorized stock sourced through official channels. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Our return and refund policy forms part of these terms and sets out when we will replace or refund an item.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for your login details and for anything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
You must not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content for a competing business, or to submit anything false, abusive or infringing. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Content you submit
If you send us photos, reviews or other content, you confirm it is yours to share and you give us a non exclusive, royalty free license to use it on our site, in our marketing and on our social channels. You can ask us to remove your content at any time by emailing us.

The text, images, design and code on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Our site uses third party services, including payment providers and shipping carriers, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices or terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
