Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States.
Cost
Shipping is free on every US order over $39 USD.
Dispatch
Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days.
These times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods around Christmas can extend them. If your order is time sensitive, please allow extra time.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating after you receive it.
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or shows delivered when you have not received your order, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full. This is set out in our return and refund policy.
Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us straight away and we will correct it if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped to the address you provided, we are not able to refund or replace it.
Split shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. You are not charged extra for this.
